Balamory

just so I can laugh like an arse at Archie. I knew him when he was a student - he was mildly pretentious in a drama-luvvie way and studied Divinity, so seeing him making things out of yoghurt pots and having Angry Days is very amusing indeed.

I love Yoho Ahoy (why isn't it on any more?), Charlie and Lola, and Rubberdubbers.

kipper22 · 27/03/2006 11:30

oh, JN, Yoho was fantastic - loved it before I contemplated having kids! Grin

JackieNo · 27/03/2006 11:33

Grin Kipper - glad I'm not alone!

MrsBadger

Is Archie gay? I swear he is!!!!

Don't think so, just terribly, terribly public school.

amber5 · 27/03/2006 12:12

I like Little Robots (with Lenny Henry's voice), really disappointed it's not on more often. I like most that have famous voice overs - think it's a brill idea to get adults watching.
My ds 3yo now likes watching feature films, Finding Nemo, Shrek, Toy Story etc, better than cartoons, thank goodness. They are much better to watch along.

whatsthestoryinbalamorytoday · 27/03/2006 12:12

I remember the Kipper stories from when I was in school. Also loved Meg and Mog!!!

Also, higgledy piggledy house and Come Outside.

ToujoursMarine · 27/03/2006 13:59

Charlie and Lola, Watch My Chops, Pingu and any Oliver Postgate. Also still love Mr Benn...
Have a serious problem with Roly Mo and those godawful Fimbles. Ugh.

whatsthestoryinbalamorytoday · 27/03/2006 14:05

Don't like come outside-watched it once and the dog kept pooing everywhere and at the end brought a fake one into the house.

Thought it was a very strange theme for a children's programme!!!!
