Just how does he do it? He combines being a busy (in fact the only one in the area) GP and running his own practice, singlehandedly, with his gynae specialty clinics in the hospital (doing Steph and Max's ultrasound), running the Emergency unit (admitting and overseeing Issy and Paul yesterday) - did he help with Boyd's brain surgery? I'm sure such a brilliant practitioner wouldn't be left on the sidelines.

Paul and Gail had triplets, L and her brothers. She was talking about them recently in an episode and without spoiling it all will be revealed sometime this year! But he had another child with someone before that who reappeared around that time and he also had one with the twin he was married to.
