Eli does not look good with the loose comb over.

So Jackie is conveniently ill... it's like she's been reading the MIL threads on here.

tribpot · 26/05/2012 23:00

Could Chandler BE any more evil?

I think the intention is that we will root for Peter for Governor, despite the fact he is a nasty piece of work himself and Alicia is compromising herself anew to stand with him on the podium.

Jackie's "I forgive you" was on a par with Chandler - perhaps they will somehow bring each down in the next series?!

ScoopThePoop · 26/05/2012 23:15

Does Eli's post-sex-non-slicked-back hair freak anyone else out?

Yeah, not a convincing look.
I also don't like Mr Big's "Just for Men" dye job.

Italiangreyhound · 27/05/2012 21:08

Yes, was great episode. What's the guess that to complete the illusion of happy couple they have to move back into their old house with kids and then either he or she starts playing away! Just a guess, don't tell me if I am right - 'cos I don't really want to know!

northender · 31/05/2012 22:22

So what do we think of tonights episode then? I'm lost with all the Kalinda stuff, maybe not lost but struggling to follow. The trailer for the season finale looked explosive. I'm not convinced by Will and Cally (?sp) either. No mention of Diana seemed odd too. Looking forward to next week though

Nancy66 · 01/06/2012 09:03

I think the Kanlida /drug dealer stuff seemed a bit chucked in at the last minute - didn't get it either.

HalleLouja · 01/06/2012 13:28

Kalinda and Alicia are officially friends it seems. I am not sure about Cally but that could be because I want Will and Alicia back together.

I think Lemond was chucked in too. Lana is hopefully going to keep Kalinda alive. Who knows though.

I think I am liking having Cary back in the fold.

Italiangreyhound · 02/06/2012 00:59

Was totally confused about the judge thing. Did the judge tamper with evidence or was it the other guy? I can't really picture that judge without thinking of the movie he was in with Dudley More! Crazy People

www.imdb.com/title/tt0099316/

Where he played someone who could only say 'Hello'.

I am not sure why Kalinda thinks sex is the answer to everything! Am beginning to think she is a bit of a tease!!

Italiangreyhound · 02/06/2012 00:59

Cary is back, maybe he will fall for Alisha now, and the world will be as it should!!!

MrsTrellisOfSouthWales · 02/06/2012 07:52

So what exactly is going to happen next week Shock Except of course set up a load of plots for the next series...

So is Lamont Bishop going to try to kill Kalinda? Someone is going to try to get to Alicia (because of Peter)? There'll be more election stuff - but not too much because I presume next series will be all election?

HalleLouja · 02/06/2012 08:47

Next series is definitely going to be election orientated. I have stopped thinking about Peter as Mr. Big now. What are we all going to do when the Good Wife finishes?

Nancy66 · 02/06/2012 13:13

I'm sure I read that Matthew Perry has signed up for a major role in the next series - so seems to be that it will be all about the battle for governor.

northender · 07/06/2012 20:54

Everyone ready?

PeelingmyselfofftheCeiling · 07/06/2012 21:42

Edge. Of. seat.

PeelingmyselfofftheCeiling · 07/06/2012 21:57

Arrrrrrgggghhhh!

Italiangreyhound · 07/06/2012 22:13

Oh no! Just knew that was a bad call to make! Very exciting! Patty Nigholme is horrible! And I wanted her back!

Very sorry that this was the last of the current series.

Loved the whole lift scene with everyone there and also with just Will and Alicia, very first series, or was it second! Losing track! Just like poor Jackie. Felt quite sorry for her but she is so mean!

northender · 07/06/2012 22:32

Very tense, but less explosive than I thought it was going to be from last week's trailer. Lots of unfinished business too. Bring on the next series!

MrsTrellisOfSouthWales · 09/06/2012 09:56

Is that it????

Nancy66 · 09/06/2012 10:19

I loved it - the scene where they all met in the foyer was brilliant - all of them being faced with their nemesis, sins, past, future at once.

tribpot · 09/06/2012 19:25

I loved it too - the little surreal touches of the toddler in the walker, the film scene in Jackie's room. The scene in the foyer - and Patty Nyholm! The woman is a legend, I absolutely adore her and Michael J Fox as a super-posse. Genius. Martha Plimpton, all is forgiven for the time when you dated River Phoenix in the late 80s. (I loved River :( )

I also love the fact that the programme has managed to get Alicia and Will together, then apart, then sort of a reversal of fortune where now she likes him more than he likes her. The Moonlighting effect has been well and truly avoided on this show.

I am crapping myself that the next person who calls me on my home phone is going to be Kalinda's husband.

diddl · 10/06/2012 10:01

I was really disappointed in it after the trailer.

But I guess it´s set up for me wanting to watch the next series.

What was the whole point of the house thing?

tribpot · 10/06/2012 17:04

I hadn't seen the trailer, diddl.

I think the house thing is going to be about the fact Alicia wanted it first, then Peter was effectively forced to buy it because of his mother's stake in it. Then he's meant to do it up and flog it to her at cost .. but presumably won't because he's still a Rattus Gigantus. Add to that then the confusion of seeing him in 'her' house with the kids, and all the drama that is going to ensue about him having admitted to them being separated whilst on the public record, the very obvious intention that his election is unwinnable without Alicia reconciling with him ...

diddl · 10/06/2012 17:13

So Peter bought the house?

Jackie put a deposit down (using her GCs money(?)), even though she couldn´t afford it?

Well surely even if they "reconcile"-people won´t buy into it & think it´s only for the election?

Loathe Matthew Perry in it though, yo if the next season has a lot of him in I´ll be disappointed.

Also, heartbreaking to see how ill Michael J Fox is-but great character!

Rabid · 10/06/2012 17:16

MY QS ARE
why does alicia have such shit make up
can kalinda discover denier please

why does cory do that shit smiley look all the time

PLUS isnt it funny how un sexy peter is these days

tribpot · 10/06/2012 17:19

Yes - I'm pretty sure Peter's bought it, presumably to put the money back into Grace and Zach's trust fund. Why the hell Jackie was still a trustee I'm not sure.

I think Matthew Perry will make a fantastic opponent for Peter in the election - although I have to say, thinking about all the forces arrayed against her, if I were Alicia I'd just go and live in commune in Montana and pretend I'd never worn a-may-zing suits on a daily basis to court.
