i thought it was an old series at first because it was totally different. not as engaging or interesting is it just me or was it a bit rubbish.
i know they got a bit of bad press last season for over doing it, is this the reason why?

Car crash tv last night. What a spoilt, indulged, uptight, selfish woman. Everyone seemed fearful of her and hell bent on pleasing her. She seriously had some issues and seemed totally unhinged. Poor man, he's married to her now.

It was an old series (seen it before). She was awful wasn't she? I agree, not as good as later series, but the mist recent series just wasn't as engaging for some reason. I can't work out why.

the last series wasn't as engaging for me because you could see the production crew pulling the strings a bit too clearly. ie, nice very young couple in opening scene turn into Bridezilla who's only ever wanted to be married in this church and that dress, and slightly baffled groom; enter irresponsible best man for a bit of bromance; a 'hilarious' blokeish decision ('Laserquest wedding! Yeah!') that eats up £9,500 and wipes out hair and make-up budget, and cars, and flowers, and nail technician, and everything else the bride had to have; stag night costs £1,500 and includes t-shirts, hen night is £55 pub crawl; will the bride call it off?; Adele/Snow Patrol song; groom reveals that actually he's had the cake made in the shape of the bride's recently deceased cat; Bridezilla forgives groom who turns out to be a lovely lad; happy ending.

Course, the next twist will be getting the bridesmaids/ushers to organise it. Or, as Five have already done, Jedward. ?!?!
