I can't spell after a few drinkys but what the hey?!
Just thinking about kids programmes and wondered what everyone's favourites were when they were a kid and which one do you secretly love now?
I used to love the Clangers (and still do!) but now find myself tuning into Spongebob Squarepants
Go on you know you want to tell all!!

My fave was Mary Mungo and Midge - about a girl, a dog and a mouse who lived in a high rise block of flats

DoesntTurkeySoupDragon · 31/12/2005 16:07

Belle and Sebastian - an all time classic

TurkeyGang · 31/12/2005 16:13

Ooh yes - Mary,Mungo and Midge was great!

I used to love the bit at the beginning of Camberwick Green(or was it Trumpton or Chigley - used to get them mixed up) with the character coming up out of the music box).

Loved the Herbs too...Heerbidacious!

Anyone remember Pogles Wood. I am very old though! Jonathan Ross has mentioned them, so I think you need to be in your 40's for that one!

octavia · 31/12/2005 16:19

Does anyone remember the programme about a little girl called Kizzie? She was something to do with gypsies and lived in a lovely gypsy caravan.

Not read whole thread so I hope it hasnt been mentioned already.

TurkeyGang · 31/12/2005 17:07

Yes I remember Kizzie! Don't remember the details, but she used to get bullied by all the posh kids at school and I remember feeling really upset about it!
