tried to move his bedtime to 8...although after 3....he gets so tired out by 6.30 ish and dozes off, which ir really hard when i want him to sleep at 8

he is going to nursery in jan, this is the routine there:
breakie 8 to 8.15
snack 10.00
11.15.lunch
12-3 sleep
3-6 activity.

gta keep himmbusy i spose, but im gettin dinneron around 5ish..
