Hi, posted in further ed too.

Anyone used 'the study buddy' to help teens organise their revision? As keeps popping up on fb.
Iv one at gcse and one at a level and both having to have me organise them, adhd diagnosed. Wondered if this would simplify things.

We’ve just had one arrive today…. I liked that you could put in your exact exam syllabus, and we have some niche ones and they break everything down for you.
Going to set up the week’s schedule tomorrow.

what exactly do you get? It is flip cards? It sees very centred around the white board but I like the visual element of it. My daughter had autism, dyslexia and ADHD and we really struggle. Would love to hear feedback on if it’s worth it for £99 package.

We used it for GCSE and I highly rated it. I knew DD needed to plan her revision but between us we just didn't have the executive functioning to do it.

She was heavily involved in competitive sport and it took a lot of her time. I debated if I should encourage her to stop her sport even though I believe in the benefits of that too.
Using study buddy allowed her to remain involved in sport, and succeed in her GCSEs. She's off to uni in sept with an unconditional offer at her first choice uni/course.

I think one of the biggest benefits was that when dds mental panic about the approaching exams would kick in , she could look at the planner and see that she was on track to be ready for them, and the panic would ease.

We paid approx £27 for the paper calender and stickers 2yrs ago and it was worth every penny.

With 7 weeks to go does the system still work!

See these are my thoughts. Mine have adhd and struggle with excutive functioning and frankly I dont have the energy to break each subject down into components parts and plan for them anymore

Mine are only 1st year of gcse and a levels. But £99 is a lot of money
