Extra Curricular Ideas for Teens

Hello

I’m looking for some extra curricular ideas for a 15 year old boy, autistic, socially anxious and has no particular interests apart from gaming. He hates sports but is very academic and loves Maths, not interested in coding or computers. We are in West Kent.

Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks for reading.

Another vote for Chess. Our local club is particularly good at encouraging the young ones.

We also have a charity shop that loves young volunteers so it’s a good place to meet other teens, get out and learn she transferable skills for the jobs market.

Does he fancy doing the DoE?

They do chess club at his school but I think because its during lunchtime he's not that keen. He didn't do D of E because I knew he would struggle with the whole camping, volunteering part when he was in Year 9. He has become more confident in the last year which is why I was thinking that something outside school would be good to increase his independence.
