I have literally no idea what to buy my (turning) 15 year old niece for her birthday in a couple of weeks. Have asked but she's not given us any ideas- can anyone help my frazzled brain with some ideas please?

-Merchandise for an artist/group she likes
-voucher to get her nails done (if she likes this of course!)
-Equipment for a hobby
-Does she like gaming? A skin for a game console

Some books.

Chocolate.

Hand cream/body stuff.

Nice stationary e.g. notebook and pen.

Amazon voucher.

Best bet is a goody bag that contains a few things, a good book, a bar of nice chocolate, little hand cream and a notepad.

Cash!! Just give her money. Teenagers are always happy with that.

Money and a bar of chocolate

They are far too set in their tastes to go into this blind.

DD wouldn't be interested in most of the "typical" fashion things, she wears make up but isn't into brands. She hates shopping so relies on H&M and New Look online shopping.

Give her book vouchers and she would be happy.

She loves small and dainty jewellery, nothing like the big statement lots of other teens seem to like.

Therefore - best to ask the parents or go for money.

Plenty here to go from! Thanks all!

@reluctantbrit I agree, I've got one teenager I buy for who would want Pandora bracelet charms and designer make-up and another who'd want a microfibre swim towel and a head torch!!
Both would be happy with cash but I try to avoid vouchers as they (or parents) often end up needing to contribute more cash to buy what they really want.

A more grown up box of chocolates like Lindt or Lily O'Brian and cash, so she has something to open.

If she likes reading Literary Emporium on their own website and Etsy do the most wonderful gift boxes, with book, t shirt, book mark etc.
