Please recommend a CBT workbook for older teenagers

Dd15 struggles with stress and low mood (mood swings). It comes and goes and she doesn't know why and she has phases of self harm.
In the past i have got counselling for her but we stopped it because it made her feel worse.
When she enjoys life she is funny, confident, ambitious, kind and determined. I think CBT could really help her contextualise these dark moods that wash over her. I would like her to have "proper therapy" but I don't know how long it would take to arrange.
Does anyone have experience of a good workbook for older teens? not too soppy or kiddy, no twee pictures.

Think good feel good (Paul stallard) is appropriate for teens.

Good luck, hope she is getting better soon
