Hi, I'm looking recommendation for an app to help my 14 year old deal with sleep, overthinking, routine and anxiety. She's tried counselling but just not ready to open up. I suspect she has adhd (I have and can see it in her)

So looking an app (free would be great or cheap) to help her with a routine. A colourful routine app that can be suitable for a teenager, help her with little routine wins. Thanks

Hi - try Finch. It's a very cute little bird with habit trackers for self care and breathing exercises etc.

I had a look at Finch but think it's maybe too young for her. But thanks for taking the time to respond. While I found Finch on App Store I came across Quabble Mind Workouts which isn't a planner but could help her with her mental health.

Also got the luna app for my daughter (14). If you search 'we are luna' on the app store you'll find it. It's a health & wellbeing app, tailored for teens which is so good. I know it's all age-appropriate.

In terms of sleep, overthinking, routine and anxiety it has lots of helpful articles, videos etc. It also has a sleep and emotion tracker (and a period tracker), so it's just all round good for helping teens feel in control of their health. My daughter asked an anonymous question about her anxiety and it was very detailed and helpful. I can genuinely trust it, because I don't trust a lot that's out there at the moment, e.g. what she's seeing on TikTok..

Hope this helps!

Also got dd 14 the weareluna app! Happy to see a fellow parent who loves it - there's so much articles on there that talk about mental health including adhd, anxiety, neurodiversity, etc.. i'm happy to see there are articles that talk about school stress as well that help to validate students instead of dismissing them. Wish there were other resources that were as supportive and practical for my teen x
