Need acitivity/course/class Ideas for my 14 yo daughter

I'm reaching out for some ideas for my daughter. She's going through some challenges at the moment with her mental health and I feel she's quite lonely. She has friends at school but doesn't see them after school. She also attends Girl guides but she's getting bored with that. She says the activities are too childish. She wants to do something different, but she's not into sports at all....I've tried! I've been searching online on and off for a few weeks now and she's not been inspired by any of the suggestions.
Just wondering if anyone has gone through anything similar?

My 14 year old daughter does Young Wardens at the Local Wildlife reserve, she's doing it for DoE but it's great, they use hand tools to carry out conservation activities it's aimed at Secondary school children. She made a hedgehog house today which we've put into our garden meadow.

She's into geology too and we have a group geology field trip booked for the summer.

Other than that it's quite tricky as lots of things like art classes or stained glass workshops are for older teens/adults or arts groups for tweens

If she feels she is getting too old for Guides, is there a Ranger unit she could move onto? Ask the guide leader, she should know if there is a local one.
If she prefers a mixed set up Explorer Scouts might work.

As she's doing Girl Guides would she be interested in Air / Army / Sea Cadets?
They do offer DoE and do a lot of leadership stuff plus unique opportunities to learn new skills...

My DD did martial arts at that age and had a lovely group of friends

Explorers and/or Young Leader (or guide equivalent)
Watersports
Girls Rugby
Climbing

If she's 14 is there the option to move up to Rangers or become a young leader with a younger branch of Guiding? Same structure and support but more age appropriate perhaps.

A friend's dd has recently joined air cadets and really enjoys it. Quite active but not just sports. She's quite keen on working up to flying so that's great motivation!

Possibly some sort of volunteer thing if she likes animals or the outdoors?

Or if keen on anything dramatic is there a youth theatre group or society?

Just some thoughts that might be of interest. It's a tough age if sports aren't her thing.

My DD did Wildlife Rangers at our local Wildlife Trust at that age. Though it was only monthly.

Would she like St Johns Ambulance cadets maybe?

Thank you all for your suggestions. Rangers came up as an option and she said she would think about it, but I think because she feels the way she feels about guides has made her lose motivation. I will gather some more info though and probably ring the leader and speak to them. I like the idea of young wardens too. I will also look to see what volunteer groups are available. Really good suggestions guys!!!

I had a difficult time at 14 and found drama really helpful. It'll be summer soon and there should be plenty of things on offer for her to try.

She likes drama at school, infact she's continuing it into year 10 as part of her choices!!!
