Listening to books

My kids are dyslexic and they listen to books on kindle audio when they're in bed. The problem is that the vast majority of books aren't available on kindle audio. Does anyone recommend another method?

Use the Libby or Borrowbox app via the library.

I've not used it in a while, but Listening Books is free to join if dyslexic and uses the Libby app I think. We had membership for son with ASD but then purchased a Yoto for audiobooks which is child friendly and screen free as didnt want 11 yearnold taking his phone to bed. Suspect he'll transition to Borrowbox or similar as he gets older.

Great. I've been hearing about borrowbox for years and have never followed up on it. I will now!!

Also librovox have free apps with thousands of free audiobooks on them. Not all the books are worthwhile but very many are. All the classics are there.

There are also some audio books on the BBC Sounds App but I suppose it will depend on the age of your DC as to whether there's much that they want to listen to.
