Im new here and hoping someone can help me.
A little something about me,

I met my husband when I was 15 and we have been together ever since.
I had my first baby when I was 17.
We have 3 girls aged 13,16 & 20

We own a business which I will help with now and again when needed but it’s not fulfilling anymore.

The girls don’t need me as much now apart from being a taxi.
Someone please tell me what I’m meant to do with myself now 🥺

I know nothing else apart from being a wife and mum.

I am so lost, don’t know who I am anymore.

Feel worth less and I’m going crazy How do I find myself again ?

Thank you for your time in advance
G xx

If you don't need the income I would use this time to study. Get a qualification that will enable you to earn a higher income in the long term.

You're only 37! There is so much ahead of you.

You’re in a rare and good position. You don’t need to work so have more options. So think of something you like, and if anxiety is an issue then drip feed more experiences slowly.
set up buy and sell, antiques, clothes etc. A friends wife recently set up online shop, as in same position. Bought some home decoration items and sold them on Facebook page. Totally woke her up and she socialises more, as has things to chat about and is happier. You’re not a mum and a wife. You’re a person. And raising children well is such an achievement.
sounds silly but getting a dog and walking with others can help build in roads to things…and speak to your partner. He will want to know and support I’m sure
best of luck x

Surprised no one has mentioned this yet, but, @GEM77A, MN has a dedicated Mature Study and Retraining board - where you’ll find countless threads on exactly this or similar situations. Why not take a look?

I hope you find something that inspires a next step!

Thank you I will have a look now xxx
