Yep 👍 I got ya

Paq · 11/06/2022 22:33

I SWEAR I wasn't this bad when I was 14.

Would you like to borrow my snake pit and long-but-not-quite-too-long dangly rope?

Paq · 11/06/2022 22:35

Please! Are the snakes extra fang-y?

The 18 year old is apparently going to stay with his dad from Monday, the relief is unbelievable but the sorrow is real. I swear I love that child more than life itself but I don't have to like him.

12Thorns · 11/06/2022 22:49

the snakes are very fangy indeed. And very hissy. Very hissy indeed 😁😁😁😁😁😁

Paq · 11/06/2022 22:53

Thank you @12Thorns, that is a comfort.

She's (14yo) bloody missed her train, we can't get her and a taxi is like £60 hen's teeth in our rural area. Thankfully she can crash at a friend's but of course she's sulking and turned her bloody phone off.

I concur.

Exam season.
I'm being outwardly supportive, not commenting on the door slamming, grumbly growling, mess and attitude, providing clean clothes, dishes and decent food regularly, remaining calm and listening to long rants.

When does university start?! 😂

Fuzzyduckduckyfuzz · 11/06/2022 22:57

I agree

BuanoKubiamVej · 11/06/2022 22:57

When the 14yo is 44 she will also swear she wasn't this bad.

🐍 would all die from the noxious odour. The boy played cricket all afternoon but will evidently melt of water joins his skin.

Boy pits and boy farts I swear he holds them in all day at school to be polite comes home and loses his manners 🙄

NiceViper · 11/06/2022 23:09

I'm tiptoeing round exam stress

Which I still think is the right thing to do, but I'm sure she's taking the ell. Still, only a fortnight to go, then I can show my usual fangs

VittysCardigan · 11/06/2022 23:11

Agreed. DS15 currently ignoring texts
I love him with every fibre of my being but FFS
