Panicking about tomorrow

DS has GCSE'S in May/June. He's not been enjoying school and has had a couple of incidents of meltdowns (with swearing 😣) triggered by him not wanting to go to a certain lesson and sitting in a common room instead. He has some SEN. I am always on edge. I care for my mum and am always anxious about the school ringing me.
If he stops going there won't be anything for him to do. He won't do school work at home. I'm worried that the cumulation of behaviour incidents is going to get him expelled

That must be stressful.

The impression I have is that schools really don't want to expel pupils in y11unless they really really have to.
However if he is disrupting the learning of others then I guess they could put him into internal exclusion until exams.

How open is he to bribery?

Is the 'certain lesson' a core one like maths or English? If not would school be willing to cut their losses with that subject for him?

@fizzypop100 How did it go today?
