Ds (16) I feel really needs to be taking something. I make mostly healthy meals, he doesn’t eat breakfast - ever. At school they go out and buy noodles, so I try my best to make evening meals as healthy as possible. I get the face moaned off me but I do it anyway. Sometimes it gets eaten, sometimes it doesn’t. He refuses fruit but is not too bad with veg, unless it’s something alien to him like peppers, or turnip, or roasted veg, salad …
Are there any recommendations for a daily one that would cover all bases? Talking to him about this, weight, exercise, sleep all jot helping his anxiety goes right out the window!!

Cytoplan are one of the few brands I'd consider. Most supermarket brands are crap and full of fillers. Cytoplan are great with advice too. We use their Wholefood multi.

Multivitamins are a complete waste of money. I say this as a qualified food scientist.

Vitamins A, D, E & K are water soluble - they are stored in fatty tissues & the liver. Taken in large quantities they become toxic. Vitamin C & E are water soluble - and are wee’d out.

Rather waste your money on man made vitamins I would teach him how to eat a well balanced diet.
