Should DD end work experience early?

Hi, will try to keep this short.
My DD is in her 2nd year of college and as part of her course she carries out a work experience placement. Last year she went to a Pre-School and has gone to the same one this year - all the staff are lovely and have a lovely outdoor ethos so lots of time outside.
She needs to complete a minimum of 100 hours this year which she will reach by the end of this month.
However, she has told her supervisor that she will finish end of May as this is what her college have said but they just need students to have a minimum of 100 hours this year.
She does enjoy it but it is very repetitive and she has been there for a long enough time (and 100 hours last year) so no longer feels it is beneficial as she isn't learning any new skills.
Leaving early would allow her to complete the mountain of work she needs to do - she is aiming for high grades.
What would you suggest? That she ends her placement early or sticks it out for another 4 months when she could be doing work?
Thank you!

I’m not sure why she feels that she is no longer learning new skills after only 100 hours? That’s only the equivalent to 3 working weeks!
If she’s happy to stay on, then she should imo. The college will encourage this as she will gain so much knowledge actually working as a practitioner, and this practical
perspective will help her with her college work.
Has she asked her supervisor if it’s possible to compromise with shorter weekly working hours so that she has more time yo concentrate on her college work too?

Is it a job that she wants to go into after college? If so, I think she should stick it out as the more work experience the better when applying for jobs.
However if she has decided that working in a nursery definitely is not for her, I dont see the harm as long as it wont affect her passing college

@GatoFofo @RhymingRabbit3
Thank you both for your responces.
I think she just finds the Pre-School very repetitve so she's just doing the same things all the time.
No, she's decided working in a Pre-School isn't for her.
I think she'll just have to stick it out then she'll leave the first week of May.
Just wanted to see what others thought.

100 hours is very little. I think she should stick it out.

Why doesn't she speak to the manager again and say something along the lines of: "my required 100 hours will be reached on __, I know I initially said I'd stay until May but do you actually need me to/is there any flexibility because I have a lot of coursework too?"
