12yo wet the bed

He's never been a big bed wetter and last time was probably at least 18 months ago.
Has anyone else's child wet the bed at this age?

He assures me he's not worried about anything and didn't seem upset about the actual bed wetting. I've not made a thing if it, just asked if everything is okay as there's been no Xbox live last night or this morning. He says that's just because no one has been online. He was out all day with friends yesterday.

His entire bed has escaped unscathed Confused. Purely just the boxers which are wet.

Should I be concerned about this??

It sounds like he was in a deep sleep and started to wee which probably woke him up or a wet dream possibly i wouldnt give it a seconds thought to be honest its not a regular occurence nor full emptying of the bladder ,aslong as theres no sign of a uti i wouldnt worry at all

This could be a wet dream.

Are you certain it is wee?

I had one child who did occasional up to age 12 which I'm sure was linked to constipation (Wouldn't eat a good diet). Another child who hadn't wet bed since a young child did a few nights in row around age 10 which I assumed was a urine infection but turned out be type 1 diabetes. Worth checking you know signs of T1 especially if it happens again. Assuming it was in fact wee!

Wasn't there this exact thread the other day.

And the OP got numerous replies about wet dreams. Hmm
