I bought my teen DS (5ft8) a wintercoat at Sportsdirect, mens, in an S (sob. He's only 13)

Also weekend trousers from Johnnie B and tracky bots from H&M and tops from TK Maxx (converse tops age 14-15 come up big) and tops from Surfdome (online)

It's a bit of challenge, isn't it?!

FiftyNineOhEight · 27/10/2015 08:51

Primark here as well, but with the health warning already given about the difference in sizing - yesterday DS2 needed 28s in chinos and 30s in jeans. He hates trying things on, but hates having to go back to return things even more Smile

Next online is good for jeans. A lot of the tops are too childish I find.
H&M men's are quite small. I got my DS a hoody in size XS from there recently. It was much better quality than the ones in the kids section.

Next puts dinosaurs on tops for age 12-13 Sad

That's good to know BabyGanoush (great name btw). I reckon DS will be in 12-13 before he's 10.

Mine are into branded so we go to outlet villages for a big shop a couple of times a year. Also go to TKMaxx. They do Ralph Lauren , they wash really well and last for ages.

My 12 ( next week!) year old son is 5ft 4 and in either 14 year old clothes or small mens. He likes jeans from H&M, top shop, superdry, blue inc, new look and USC ( sells a lot of the fancier brands)

He's very fussy, drives me mad!!!!

sylviassecrets · 09/11/2015 12:07

H and M, Superdry, Hollister, River Island, Topman, USC and Primark. DS is 14.

SixtyFootDoll · 09/11/2015 12:13

Next for basics
Topman, and skate stores
Foot locker

PurpleGreenAvocado · 15/11/2015 13:39

DS, 13, likes anything with the Converse logo on. He wears it with jeans from wherever they happen to be cheap.

southeastastra · 15/11/2015 13:52

primark, h and m and uniqlo. ds is in adult mens clothes now it's a pita!

Rivercam · 15/11/2015 14:03

M and m direct -sports gear, cheap branded stuff - hit and miss what they have in stock, but I use this site a lot

Next - jeans, school uniform

Primark - youngest will wear, eldest son won't

Marks - basics such as jeans etc

Outlet centre - Superdry, animal, gap, Abercrombie etc

Boden - sales only

Ancienchateau · 15/11/2015 15:29

Uniqlo is good for my nearly 14 year old. He's 6ft and the jeans are a great fit. Also H & M.
