DS's sleepover tomorrow (first time to meet new friends from new school) & DD's on Tuesday (all 15&16 years).

How mad am I?

Shall I open a bottle?

Milliways · 22/10/2006 20:48

It's amazing how much noise teenage girls can make isn't it. The boys are quiet!

I would open a box to be honest.

The last sleepover we had, we woke to a load of noise, only to find them flushing a slug down the loo .

sorry to be a kill-joy, I like a drink myself, but you shouldn't drink very much as you're responsible for them aren't you?

she's just kidding around amphoin, she's not going to get legless

amphion · 23/10/2006 09:04

oh, I see, sorry - box of chocolates would be nice with the wine?

Mell2tingPotofGooooooo · 24/10/2006 12:42

How did the first sleepover to go? One more to go and then you'll have done your bit for half-term.

Milliways · 24/10/2006 17:34

Someone remind me to remove ALL darts from DS's room before next sleepover. Have a few wounds in the wall & one in the wardrobe!!!!

Actually, not bohered about wall which is why we let him have a board up, but it does have a large backboard & wardrobe is on another wall!

They were very good. NO mess (sweets or antyhing) left in lounge. They didn't wake us up at all. Ate a good breakfast & played table football & playstation until collected at 11am.

The 15 & 16 yr old girls arrive soon....

I had NO alcahol last night. Might not be so restrained tonight

DD is racing round with the hoover right now. The one advantage to her having a sleepover is that she feels compelled to tidy the whole house in case her friends open the wrong door

What possessed you, woman?!

MarsLady · 24/10/2006 21:40

Milliways..... I can think of only one situation that would allow my DTs double sleepovers.............

Over my cold, dead body!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

Milliways · 25/10/2006 08:55

Well, I didn't have to worry about the alcohol as one of the miscreants bought it themselves!!!!!! Was not amused & told them so.

Also, other non-invited Teens turned up at behest of alcohol porting invitee!!

Poor DD was stressed. DH invited non invites in but they only wanted to giggle outside.

They are all asleep now & kitchen looks like DD tidied up last night. Just got to get through breakfast & send them home!

MAybe stick to 1 or 2 friends max now they've hit THAT age!
