oh poor lad. It probably doesn't help when you have mums like me who discourage their 13 yr dd in having a boyfriend Grin

My DS is 14 and cannot name one girl in his class. They are alien creatures to him. His world is runescape on-line games and warhammer club. I keep waiting for the hormones to find their target - one day it will happen and I'll have a bloke instead of a little boy.

mousiemousie · 20/06/2006 16:23

suggest he does something outside of school which girls go to as well?

themoon66 · 20/06/2006 16:27

Such as?? I've never seen a girl in the warhammer shop

mousiemousie · 20/06/2006 17:41

yes, warhammer doesn't qualify. I am sure there are a lot of other hobbies though...music, arty stuff, mixed sex sports/sthletics, voluntary work etc

thanks have passed it on. I think he should stop worring. it will all happen in time.
DS said he knows one girl who likes warhammers but she is weird(his words!)

I think a 'weird' girl would be the only sort to appeal to my DS Geeky is how his sister describes him.

no no no no
I have seen the girl trust me NO
I think they should all leave it till they are older anyway just enjoy their childhood
