In this house it's sleeping or watching the telly Blush
I do guilt them into walking the dog daily when I'm at work
I can, occasionally, get DS off the sofa to walk to a cafe with me for a smoothie
Orange Wednesdays also tempt them out,for more screen time.
I think they've forgotten how to find the garden Grin

DH is taking our lot off to the Oxford museum this week - they will also take in the Pitrivers museum. Lots of improving stuff like shrunken heads which appeals to their morbid souls (aged 15, 12, 11).

Depends on the teenager - we offer the choice and are pleasantly surprised by how often DD1 wants to join in.

We don't have a teen, the closest is 11 (almost 12) and things she likes to do around the house include drawing and sketching (with charcoals, pencils, pastels....etc), cooking and baking, cycling/skating (ok not strictly at home but around the block - we do this together), listening to music and making up playlists, pamper time (face packs, nails, hair etc). We have also been asking her to help out with planning a family day out, giving her a time and budget limit (this was mainly to help her to understand how much things cost!! However she quite enjoys researching it and working it all out as well)........
