Try bodyform, they do them for different styles of knickers, even small pads for thongs. Afterall most teen girls dont wanna wear bridgets lol. Body form do seem to be the smallest around but still absorbant. Hope that helps.

I'd actually suggest avoiding brands like Bodyform, being commercial means plastics and chemicals which risk irritation and infections, they're also generally more uncomfortable and prone to gathering.

Go for brands like Cottons or Natracare which are exactly the same only don't contain synthetics or chemicals so healthier and more hygienic, as well as a bit more comfortable for her. Cottons in particular you will find in most Morrisons or Boots stores, their pads are very small, or their liners are very absorbent.

In the future you may want to consider brands like Lunapads or Party In My Pants Pads which will be much more comfortable, healthier and far more hygienic too! Lunapads have good mini pads which are tiny but absorbent so great for smaller girls, or my daughter and her best friend LOVED the cupcake-themed delux teen pad kit. Lunapanties period panties may be an option too as they are underwear with pads built-in then she'd just change the liners that fit into the underwear, no pads = no problem.

If she's comfortable with it she could safely use a menstrual cup - MeLuna or Ladycup in a small size would work for her, MeLuna's also offered different colours and even glittery cups which are great for younger girls. As cups can be worn with any flow, overnight and don't leak she'd not need to use pads at all.
