Microsoft 365 after buying word independently

I bought Word for over £100 and now I want to use Microsoft 365. Will they make any allowance for the fact I bough the whole product independently within the last few months or is it a case of tough luck?!

Ouch. My feeling is you'll need to buy Office 365 separately but it's worth raising a support call with Microsoft and see what they say.

Do you have any students in the house or any links to education? As you can get it slightly cheaper then
Or even free access to office 365 online with some education accounts

I’ve only got kids in school but that's all.

Maybe I'll call them and discuss it - if they have a number (some companies nowadays don't seem to).

Does anyone mow, I'd I paid for a year and then didn't want it, I'd be able to revert back to just office only because I paid for it up front?

Scottish school kids get a free office 365 download with their Glow accounts, don't know if there's anything similar where you are

I don't know for sure but I wouldn't bet on it.

Depending on what you need the software for, I'd suggest OpenOffice. It's a free, open source alternative to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
While not perfect, it meets my general needs so may well meet yours.
