Who has got a new tattoo planned soon?

I'm having a new one next month. I wasn't actually planning on it but my H is getting a much longed for one (a portrait of our dog) and it gave me tattoo envy Grin so I've booked in at the same place as him on the same day. I'm having a pretty jewel design on my inner left forearm in black and grey, something like this (not with any date details though).

Executioner I still get nervous sometimes. I tend to have long sittings so it's mostly the pain that worries me these days. You'd think tattoos get easier the more time you've spent under the needle, but unfortunately for me it seems to work in the opposite direction!

Are you having it on your forearm like in the picture? That was a big milestone for me because it was more visible than any of my others at the time, so I was mega nervous about that one.

Yeah only a couple more but nothing exciting (think spur of the moment tattoos when you're 18) 😂 dressing gown from TU!

Marsbars I've had a couple of mine touched up for various reasons and the artist (three different ones) has always done it for free. One was just to alter some contrast as it wasn't right once it had settled, one was because the scab got knocked off when someone dropped a book on my foot and it got a tiny infection/the colour leaked out, and the third is because the ink just didn't take properly. Each time the artist hasn't even batted an eyelid and just booked me in to fix it Smile

I’ve got that same tattoo pinned on my Pinterest board. Actually I have lots very similar and love them all and can’t decide what one. I love this one because purple is my favorite colour.

I’ve not got a tattoo but the problem I’m having is where I want it and if it’s small is it going to loose clarity?

I'm having something similar to this but with less on the arm - more like the flowers will curl around from my shoulder blade, down onto my arm, just a little, with a hummingbird and a couple of bumble bees =)

I'm on the waiting list for my preferred artist, looking like a potential date in April - if I can get the money together and stop being a wuss about it ( I have a couple of small tattoos, nothing quite this obvious so I'm a bit nervous about it!)

I’m getting a raven tattooed on my leg in about 30 minutes from now! Very nervous, as I only have one small one from 20+ years ago, that this one is going to cover up.

I'm sitting waiting for the touch up on my first forearm tattoo that I had done last month. There's almost nothing to touch up but she booked me in at the first appointment to make sure it was perfect!

I hope to have some modifications done in the next month or so to the leg one I had done 2 years ago that didn't heal well and the writing blurred.
