Rabbit hutch/run advice appreciated

Hi, just wondering if anyone has a hutch they could recommend please? Budget around £300, preferably with a run attached that the rabbits can be shut off from at night? They used to be free range in our safe secure garden but we’ve moved somewhere more rural so more at risk from foxes and birds of prey, and not as enclosed garden so they’re now in their hutch which doesn’t have a run attached so every morning I’m having to carry them to their separate run which is a pain for me and I’m sure they would be happier to come and go from their hutch as they please - their run does have a ‘hutchy’ part with a cosy hidey bit but it’s not secure enough for them to be left overnight so it’s a lot of toing and froing for them and for me every day.
So any hutch recs would be appreciated.
Also, you know those heat pads for pets you can microwave and put in the hutch to keep buns warm overnight.. I bought one last year and they completely chewed the cover on it so I took it out. But reading another bunny thread and a lot of people seem to use them for their bunnies.. are they safe? What if bunny chewed through the liquid part or is that impossible/have they made it non toxic if it’s for pets or something?
Any advice gratefully received!

You would be better off forgetting the hutch style, for ones for that budget they're going to be poor quality and not fox proof. Look at shiplap or tongue & groove sheds or playhouses instead (never overlap builds, they're the cheapest option for a reason!!). You can get playhouses especially for a good price second hand.

I use the snugglesafe heatpads, the plastic is too tough for them to chew, the covers have had a nibble here and there but are generally not touched. I bury them under the bedding anyway.
