Indoors or out for adopted GPS?

Do we go for a larger outdoor hutch and weatherproof or inside but max space is 110cm x 70cm for 2 piggies?

I've read that hutch needs to be 120cm in length for 2 however the only indoor space possible is 110cm wide albeit 70cm wide but I haven't found any cages that come in the bigger width (to give same overall floor space). WWYD? Given the season, they'd receive the attention they deserve if inside rather than out and then we'll buy a run with hidey hole for sunnier times to go and frolic on the lawn.

Any suggestions?

I would have them indoors during the winter. In fact I have mine indoors all year round, have done for years.

Have a look at C&C cages. They are panels you join with cable ties to make the shape you want. I think they might be 12 inches wide but I suppose you could overlap them.

Thank you fort, I've just taken a look at them. My concern with the lack of roof is that we also have a cat! An elderly cat however a cat nevertheless!

The beauty of C&C is you customise them.
My indoor cage is a plastic base/wire upper
If my DBro visits with his cat , I'd put a 'lid' on the C&C for GP6 , just cable ties along the side that I can snip to release and fold it back.

Indoors for the winter and the 'getting to know you' period.

This will have far more benefits than an extra 10cm of room, particularly if you are able to get them out for a decent period each day for a leg stretch, and will be able to give them more room long term.

Thanks all, going for an indoor cage I think so as to help them settle and for piggie cuddles
