I've heard a lot of people use these but never tried myself, going to give it a go though :D
I don't have a supply of newspaper, not even one comes through my door so going to try puppy pads and hay on top, would this be ok? I'm using megazorb at the mo.
Currently I have three pairs of piggys, (I'm trying to join two pairs up but not sucessful as of yet as the fur is litrally flying!)
They are in two 100cmx100cm square cages and one 120cmx60 cage, I can use 2 of the cheap puppy pads to fit the 120cm cage but as yet have not found any to fit the square cage, apart from using 4! thats a bit much really, 10 pads per change :/
any ideas?

I have done in the indoor cage but you need to make sure they can;t chew them.
I've used them under towels or newspaper (though I find towels a pain to clean, getting all the hay off to wash).

With the newspaper, I fold it over the edge of the pads to hide the edges. Unfortunately with them being plastic they can get gut blockages if they eat them (and my pigs haven't got the savvy not to chew things)

My boars didn't chew things but my currant trio........ I wouldn;t trust Grin

What's the sex/age/relationship of your pigs and who are you trying to pair up?

I've heard some pigs chew them, others not, but there's only one way to find out lol.
I have attempted fleece before but getting the hay off was a nightmare, especially living in a flat there's nowhere to shake it lol!
I've got a girl pair I got from a lady who could no longer have them, they are 5 and identical himys.
I'm trying to pair them with my girls who are 2 1/2 (Honey)and 9months (Curly)
I popped them together before on neutral ground and no problems whatsover but when I put them in the cage together honey was after mavis pulling chunks out of her fur Shock so spilt them up again, I did clean out both cages and gave them all a bath before putting them together but that didn't work.
I'll try again soon though, obviously the girls being 5 means one of the older pair may go sooner rather than later and I didn't want a lone piggy so would rather they all got along :/
