Food seems like my only friend sometimes. I eat when I'm happy, sad, anxious, relaxed.... it's like I live to eat. I think about food all the time. I always give in to food or drink. Life without food seems pointless to me, that's how much of an addict I am. I also seem to fear being hungry. I want to get a handle of this before I lose my fast metabolism.
Any tips on what to do when I have the urge to eat unnecessarily?
Please help.
I have a history of eating disorders and restricting food - no doubt this has contributed to my obsession with food.
