Hi I am a 35 year old women who has never touched drugs until Saturday night. I went out with a group of friends who always use cocaine when we go out. I always refuse however I am having such a terrible time my friend suggested it. So I snorted probably around 3-4 lines through the night. Last time about 3am. I didn’t feel the effects too much and I consumed a lot of alcohol. The next day I felt awful, my heart was racing headache, light headed felt like I was going to pass out. Pain in my neck chest shoulder numbness in my legs. I went to A&E I felt really judged. They did 1 ECG said it was normal and these were normal effects. It is now nearly 48 hours since I had it and still feeling all these symptoms along with chronic diarrhoea after I eat. I have managed 4 slices of toast and two oranges in 48 hours with water. I am laying in bed scared to go to sleep in case I don’t wake up, is all this normal? I will never ever touch drugs again they are just not for me. I am so frightened of heart attack etc . Sorry if I sound ridiculous x

It would be the alcohol that had that effect not the coke.

Don't do it again it's very addictive. I've had my own issues with it and it's so easy to get used to doing it and 3-4 lines night becomes 3-4 grams and a weekend of sniffing.

People say it's only mentally addictive like that makes it easier but it makes it harder in some ways.

Hi everyone after 10 days in hospital I was released! The hospital didn’t say it was a direct result but did say it plays havoc with your immune system. Even if not connected it is in my head so I won’t be doing it again. It has put me off alcohol too. First and only time user now 😂 thank you for all your well wishes xxxx
