can any of you stylish mumsnetters tell me if it is possible to buy a flattering stylish thin lightweight waterproof? We have just returned from hols and DH was smug and snug in his berghaus paclite or similar jacket which bundles down to nothing whilst I shivered in the rain

I have the sugey aigle trench for winter on the advice of many an S&B'er and I love it but obv it is far too hot for summer showers/holidays.

Is there anything out there that would suit a young pear shaped mum and not look too much like the old shapeless pacamac my mum made me take to guide camp?!?!?

Thanks in advance!

cath kidston?

Oooh - like the look of the cath kidston ones - the coats look more forgiving for my pear than the cag in a bag tho - thank you! I had also seen this one on the white stuff website www.whitestuff.com/HEAD-OVER-HEELS-JACKET-P28749/

Does anyone know if they are any good at actually keeping out the rain tho?

Cheers
