Do Issa sizes come up big or small?

Compared to, say, M&S or Coast or something high street?

they come up definitely smaller for the "fitted under the bust" ones..........or maybe I have a weird shape !
I would normally take a 10/12 but needed a 14 to zip up comfortably on my torso.
