Help me find my imaginary skirt!

I have an image of the skirt i want in my head, but i don't know where i can get one. Help!
I am seeing:
Ankle length
Jersey material or just something not floaty
Dark colour
Cheap (for i am poor)

Anybody know of such a skirt? Or shall i have to try and weave one myself out of lentils?
