Bras for tiny boobs?

Ladyem · 23/06/2010 14:13

Since I stopped breast feeding my boobs have gone from glorious DD's to none existent! I don't even fill a 32AA cup . They were always tiny before, but now they are even smaller. The problem is, that I really feel naked without a bra. Does anyone know where I can get pretty bras or even crop tops from in small sizes? Please liberate me from my Tammy Girl and M&S Angel bras!! I'm 33, not 13!

Watching with interest because I am also wearing M&S Angel bras! Someone told me that La Senza do very small back sizes, but I'm not sure if they do tiny cup sizes too...

Ladyem · 23/06/2010 14:36

Glad I'm not the only one!!

Not tried La senza, will go and google!! Thanks!

Poo, they only go down to an Acup

FairyLightsForever · 23/06/2010 14:44

may be expensive

Ladyem · 23/06/2010 14:48

Ooooh, just clicked on the link to knowknockers.com (love that name!!) from your link and they do AAA bras!!!! Might be the answer seeing as I don't fill my AA cups!! Am off to see what they have!! Would rather have just a few bras that actually fit, rather than loads that ate too big!

Excellent, have bookmarked the page for future reference as am an A cup, but haven't finished breastfeeding yet.
Last time I went down to below an AA, I mostly just didn't wear a bra, but some things need a bra under them!

FairyLightsForever · 23/06/2010 14:58

I found Gel bras really good for when you need a bit more shape.

Ladyem · 23/06/2010 15:02

Have tried the gel bras before but they just look funny on me as I am sooooo flat chested! I'm just resigned to being flat and I don't really mind, but like you say some things really do need a bra under them!!

Am thinking of purchasing two bras from that website!!

It's so nice to 'meet' someone else who understands, most of my friends seem to be really well endowed
I don't actually mind being flat, but a lot of clothes are cut for boobs and end up standing out around you- grrr!

Ladyem · 23/06/2010 15:14

I know what you mean! I'm shopping for a dress for a wedding next month and they are all too large on the top! Some lovely stuff out there, but it just hangs there if you don't have a good pair of boobs! Oh well, I suppose we don't have to worry about them sagging in our old age!!

Have been trying to find a link as I just remembered that Matalan did/do those stick on bras for £5!!! I had one a couple of years ago when I was bridesmaid for a friend and I just wore it in my bra to fill the dress a bit. It was actually quite good! Can't seem find them online, but might be worth a check if you're passing by there next time! Will have to remember to try and dig mine out of the loft!

I actually have silicone chicken fillets to go in bras, but i don't wear them because i'm always scared of them flying out if I dance too enthusiastically

Ladyem · 23/06/2010 15:26

Yeah, had that happen to me once! Well, not actually fly out, but it was sticking right out of the top of my dress and no one told me!!! That was at a wedding, too!!

work on the basis that separates, or halter neck dresses work best for me. I would rather have no boobs and be able to dance without worrying!

Ladyem · 23/06/2010 15:46

Very true!!

Meeting a friend for a shopping day in a couple of weeks who will be very honest with me, so I'll keep those tips in mind! Thanks!

I bought one of the M&S memory foam plunge padded bras (£18), my boobs are also nearly non-existant and although I don't fill the cups of this bra because it fits snugly to the chest and back and is well padded, it looks ok and is not noticable that there is nothing inside the bra!!
www.maxcleavage.com is also another site worth looking at for a good range for women with small boobs.

Ladyem · 23/06/2010 18:49

Oooh, thanks for that Squiz! I've not heard of those, so I'll have to have a look on the website! I just want some pretty bras with pants to match, not just the choice of black/white/nude t-shirt bras that don't even fit!!

also try aalingerie.com and daintylady,co,uk, both have a much better range than the high street.

In my breastfeeding days I only ever got to a B cup! The pregnancy guides told me I should start wearing a maternity bra long before I had grown enough to wear one.

racingheart · 23/06/2010 22:25

Have you tried Figleaves online?
Wonderbras used to be brilliant (I used to have no boobs - the opposite happened to me when I breast fed - they grew two cup sizes, but no need for envy as they come with a whole new backside!)
What happened to wonderbras?

Ladyem · 23/06/2010 22:42

Thanks for those links lilac21! I'used the size chart on the daintylady website and am definitely a AAA cup! Think I should just borrow DDs vests!! They do have plenty in stock, though so will have a look and see which I shall treat myself to!!

racingheart - You know, I don't think I've seen a wonderbra in years!! What did happen to them?!! From my measurements I think I'd need a miracle bra, anyway!!

I'm still at a loss as to how they can go from so small, to so big, to teeny again!!
