Will my post-baby outie tummy button ever go back in, and if so, when?

That's it really. I hate my tummy button. Had two babies two years apart, lost the baby weight (thought tummy not the same as before - yet) but my tummy button hasn't gone back in and I hate it. It's visible through clothing...

Please please tell me it'll go back. Or is there something I can do (other than use sellotape)?

Thanks!

Sorry - I thought mine would magically ping back, it is just all stretched out. I don't think there is anything much you can do - I really miss my flat tummy and neat tummy button.

It might be a hernia.

You can get them repaired if you want to.

after 11 months and shifting the baby weight mine now fluctuates between out and in.

It also makes a really disturbing creaking sound if I push it in when it's out (I know that this is unwise but I can't help it )

Rolling on the floor at the 'disturbing creaking sound'.
