Also, does anyone know if JML give you your money back even if you've used the product? Its not clear on their website. They say 30 day money back guarantee and they say "try the instyler" but I can't see in writing anywhere whether you can reject the product having used it the way you can with QVC or Boden. Anyone know for sure?
