GeekOfTheWeek · 12/06/2010 14:06

At a friends virgin vie party later and am wondering if you wise people can recommend anything for me to buy.

I haven't used their products before so don't want to be disappointed with my purchase iyswim.

I am thinking of something I can use for my holidays so I can justify the expense to dh

Thanks

I got a lip gloss from a recent party which is a lovey colour and texture. I think its 'moulin' shade. I know how you feel as you feel obliged to buy some thing even if your not really that keeen!!

vit e cream used to be v good

glass nail file is excellent but £££

they used to do an invisible lip liner pencil to stop your lippy bleeding

Used to do VV myself, was not good at it. Do not buy the skin care, unless they still do the vitamin C serum, that's ok. Do not buy bath and body products, very overpriced.

Make up is quite nice and not too expensive. They used to do a nicely textured high SPF face sun cream, that should be justifiable for a holiday.

Thanks.

Don't really want to go but feel mean not doing and i will obviously have to buy something.

Do they spend ages showing you the products or can I quickly get in and out?

If they still do the crackling foot stuff, that's nice. DH really liked it.
