where to buy uniform for my small dd ?

dd1 starts nursery in september...
she is 3 in July however is rather small, and still fits into 18-24 clothes rather well, im guessing come sept, she may well be only in a 2-3 if not still 18-24...
it is compulsary for all of the school to wear a uniform, which is fine, however most shops start at 3-4. Next do a 3 and iv ordered a few bits from there but even they bury her ! im after dresses,trousers and skirts as her jumpers/cardys/polos can be bought from the school.
anyone suggest anywhere ?

when small dd1 started nursery I got her uniform from m and s, they were a bit long but they had adjustable waists. They lasted for ages, well in to the next year.

After I got that I discovered that matalan starts at a 2-3. That was a few years ago so I dont know if its different now but its worth a look.
