please help me find a good bag for hand luggage

not exactly an exciting mission but any recommendations gratefully received. i need a big bag for a long haul flight, mainly to fill with stuff to keep my nearly three-year-old entertained. no point buying anything too fancy as it will just get Ribena spilled all over it. it needs to zip or button up and have loads of space. anyone got the perfect item?

I would recommend Tripp cabin bags. There are quite a few on sale in Debenhams at the moment from about £40. I have one very similar to this one and I use it all the time. The plain ones at £42 would probably suit you better becasue of the extra pocket on the front-maybe the navy one to disguise Ribena. They're very sturdy and mine really does get abused being dragged up stairs and thrown around a lot. They have a 5 year guarantee as well which is reassuring.
