here

I really like it, but only in that that pattern (brown one if it doesn't come up)

as part of my seduction attempt (ahem!) theatre going, one can only hope.

suwoo · 31/05/2010 08:52

Those of you with big tits, are you wearing the right bra size? I am currently a 32FF and mine don't move anywhere. I have been a 30E at my smallest and a 28J before my reduction and have never had a problem with them 'moving'

I am a bravissimo girl, so have always been fitted properly and well contained.

janeite · 31/05/2010 12:14

They only move when I shake them! As far as I know, they have never moved whilst fully bra'd and clothed.

suwoo · 31/05/2010 12:32

My life isn't exciting enough to require any bosom shimmying

And yes, of course mine move independently when nekkid and a pretty sight it aint.

HLaurens · 31/05/2010 13:44

Tried on the boat version yesterday and my 36E boobs were too big to be accommodated in a size 16, which fit perfectly everywhere else.

20% off code for Joules PP73

janeite · 31/05/2010 15:17

Ah - that doesn't sound promising. I am usually a 10/12 (never tried anything on in Joules though) but a 12/14 on top.

OurLadyOfPerpetualSupper · 31/05/2010 15:25

This dress is actually typical of the fashion trade - the style is designed to flatter people with busts, but is actually only cut to accommodate - what - C-cup max?

Thus wasting the potentially boob-flattering style on those who could just as easily wear a bloody polo neck!

gtamom · 31/05/2010 16:04

I really like it and want to the blue one on that page. Have never bought in UK sizes, I wear a 12 in Canada. What size would you recommend for me please?

gtamom · 31/05/2010 16:08

Oh, I better not order it then, I am a small b cup.

OurLadyOfPerpetualSupper · 31/05/2010 17:13

Oh, ignore me - I just get ranty about this now and then - usually after another a fruitless shopping trip when I've come home with another belt or scarf but nothing to actually wear.
Don't know about Canada sizes, but a UK 12 is usually a US8.

moragbellingham · 31/05/2010 19:26

I ordered the size 10 in navy (I'm normally a 10/12) so think Joules are fairly generous sizes.

My 32Fs don't quite fill out the top, but I am short, so think it's more to do with that.

Suwoo - my friend used to work at Bravissimo and fitted everyone I know. You can spot us a mile off IYKWIM!

bratnav · 31/05/2010 20:05

I'm currently a 38D, DS is going to be BF'd til he leaves home, I can't bear the thought of going back to my A/B cups

OP posts:
bratnav · 31/05/2010 20:06

Sorry forgot to say that the dress accommodates them nicely.

What's the verdict on the big gingham check Joules dress?
I absolutely love it, just don't know where I'd wear it.
Must learn how to link, like nowish.

moragbellingham · 31/05/2010 20:19

Does that work?

persephonesnape · 31/05/2010 20:51

my f cups are concerned. hurry up postman. put me out of my misery.

might need a trip to bravissimo to demand they fit me for a specfic dress.

suwoo · 31/05/2010 21:21

I get fitted in Bravissimo and buy on Ebay

persephonesnape · 01/06/2010 12:36

just arrived, blimey i look damn hot! ;)

slight boob gape at neckline, but I'm going for slight accidental bra showing anyway! minor point if you are internet buying, there is a bright red zip trim, so it's like a giant pointing 'unzip me!!' sign. Very light cotton. so good for those very warm days. I like this dress, it's quietly slutty.

suwoo · 01/06/2010 14:56

at quietly slutty. It sounds perfect for your date scenario. What colour bra will you be accidently showing, hmmm???

janeite · 01/06/2010 19:33

I got the boat one today and my 32Es are fine in the size 12. It is a tiny bit big on the waist but I just puled the belt tighter, as I think the ten would have been too small on the norks. The zip at the back is gorgeous. I am so, so pleased with it and it was worth the train fare to London!

Now - how to wear it? Am tempted to get some red wedges - what do you think?

janeite · 01/06/2010 19:34

Pulled not puled - I seem to have lost an 'l' there!

persephonesnape · 01/06/2010 19:36

I have now tried on every bra i own with this dress and there are varying degrees of wantoness. I think I am sticking with black - it's not too disconcerting, or making too much of an effort - if anyone (else)notices or comments I can glare at them and chide them. I am hoping for a christina hendricks on jimmy kimmell effect. here There isn't quite so much lace with mine, about half an inch or so. With tits like mine, I just have to embrace the polo neck or just let them be.

bratnav · 02/06/2010 00:19

Hope the 'theatre trip' goes well persephone

I am ROFL at 'quietly slutty', it is quiet enough that I can wear it in church?????

OP posts:
persephonesnape · 02/06/2010 11:06

depends on the church!

I am worried about the devastating effect of my cleavage. tried a (ahem!) 'dry run' last nioght for benefit of gay-best-friend. put a quick stitch in it yesterday to preserve a modicom of dignity, but the norkforce was too great and it spectacularly 'popped' at the dinner table.

might have to go for a vest (mmmm! sexay!)

bratnav · 02/06/2010 15:32

Tried the dress on with one of my normal bras instead of the sex goddess nursing bras, OMG my boobs look incredible, so amazing in fact, that you dont really notice the 2-3 extra stone I am carrying elsewhere, YAY
