my boobs have collapsed

after 2 DC breastfed and weight going up and down, my boobs have well and truly collapsed.

what do I do? I hate them, go to sleep in a crop top because I feel so self-conscious, and feel uncomfortable with my DH seeing them.

but can't handle the thought of surgery. even the thought of having my chest sliced up makes me feel sick.

and yet can't be happy with them as they are.

thoughts? advice? empathy?

I think it's surgery or nothing... Why don't you consult a surgeon to see how invasive the procedure would be? It might not be nearly as bad as you imagine.

Mine are a fright. I'm only a youngun but bfing two babies for a grand total of 3 years, not to mention more weight gain and subsequent weight loss than I care to mention, they are the sad wrinkled boobs of an octogenerian
All I can recommend is a balconette bra and a good healthy dose of 'what does it matter really?' I know they're not the beauties they once were. But in the scheme of things, I have bigger fish to fry. I do dream of being given free surgery mind you, but it's not going to happen in this lifetime.

have you researched exercises that tone the upper chest?

jnot sure it would help, but it's worth a try?

other than that i don't think you can physically change them unless you have surgery... not that i'm saying you ought to, am sure there are things you could do to help learn to lvoe them!

After 3 pregnancies mine are probably smaller than AA. I have a bra, 2 in fact, which is called The Miracle Bra. It gives me a lovely shape and makes me look like a B cup I think. We're talking serious padding in there. I used to hate padded bras when I was younger(I was always AA) but now I don't care.

I'm not sure you can get this bra in the UK. I'm in Greece but there'll be another brand with the same kind of super padding I'm sure on sale with you.

Um, I'm pretty sure that post pregnancy:
Boob Fat (size) comes back (slowly, but eventually)
but sag is forever (excluding surgery).

thank you everyone. good to know i'm not totally alone! it's funny how something so superficial, when you've got healthy dc and happy marriage, can really affect you. shallow, but true. got to stage where can't bear to take bra off in front of dh, so maybe time to do something about it....

although it does strike fear.

SugarMousePink, did your friend not have huge scars on the front of her breasts? lifting is supposed to be far more invasive than regular boob job.

it all makes me worry quite a bit.

If you really hate them you are going to have to bite the bullet and "have them done".Do you want to live like this for another 50 -odd years?

At least have a look at some websites nd see the before and after pics of lifting and reduction.

My friend has implants with Alex Karidis- not suggesting you sure him but sure his website will give info.

Any scarring will fade in time and can't be that awful, otherwise noone would have it done.
