Work dress needed - light, short sleeves, suit an apple shaped size 16 shortarse

style mavens, I am roasting at work. So can anyone recommend a nice respectable-ish summer dress, with short sleeves that's cheap and suitable for someone short and podgy?

Ive just bought one from wallis in the sale at £30, its the navy ditsy tea dress and its really flattering. Im a size 16 too. Sorry but cant do links for the life of me !
