A bit too plastic looking?

Since dress has sheen to it I might go less shiny w/ the shoes.

like maybe something like these

(suffer from Yoox fixation which is particularly bad today)

Themasterandmargaritas · 19/05/2010 19:04

Yep those are nice rooiboos just a bit too huge. I'd fall over, I'm only little.

Snice, those are not.

Is it flammable?

Themasterandmargaritas · 19/05/2010 19:12

codey noone said you had to like the dress. Now give some feckin shoe ideas or shut the fuck up.

tbh I don't think any shiny silver wedges are going to look great but you're the one wanting them

Themasterandmargaritas · 19/05/2010 19:13

I'm having second thoughts snice. It's just not working is it?

OP posts:
cyb · 19/05/2010 19:15

I would go natural

but what do I know

cupparooibos · 19/05/2010 19:17

margaritas, the sizes might be skee-whiff because i'm looking at the american version of the site so 7 is really 4, etc etc etc

Coderooo · 19/05/2010 19:18

Lol @ snice. I think shades might be near miss

Themasterandmargaritas · 19/05/2010 19:18

We know you have an orange dress, I bet that's NOT in anyone's capsule wardrobe

I'm moving on from silver. I've got a lovely pair of natural wedges, but I think all the same colour is a bit too dull.

How about dark grey or even black? I'm now thinking those cage type sandals...

OP posts:
cyb · 19/05/2010 19:19

yes to cage

Coderooo · 19/05/2010 19:19

You want our tesco slag ones

cyb · 19/05/2010 19:21

THESE BABIES ARE MINE when they are reduced have been covetting forever. they would look good with dress, and interesting enough

Themasterandmargaritas · 19/05/2010 19:21

Online? I couldn't find 'em.

OP posts:
izzybiz · 19/05/2010 19:21

Holly Wiloughby ones

Coderooo · 19/05/2010 19:23

Yes like the office ones

Themasterandmargaritas · 19/05/2010 19:24

yy the Office ones are great.

OP posts:
cupparooibos · 19/05/2010 19:26

Dress looks as though it has a pinkish undertone so try to avoid yellowy or greeny undertones in shoes.

yet more yoox

jamaisjedors · 19/05/2010 19:30

Like the model is wearing?

Is it the mink or the blue?

What colour is mink anyway?

Themasterandmargaritas · 19/05/2010 19:34

The mink, the blue is too shiny.

OP posts:
cupparooibos · 19/05/2010 19:46

I have been very confused by the word "mink" this season as well, since it seems to cover a range of colours from chocolate brown to nude.

It means just what they choose it to mean, neither more nor less . . . .
