Yay or nay to these trousers

these

I bought them today as I'm fed up with jeans/leggings/jeggings and want to make the most of being on mat. leave and getting to wear more relaxed/casual clothes but are these a step too far? They are quite a sheeny fabric, nice and soft though the elastic cuffs on the legs are a bit tight, might leave unattractive marks as if I had been wearing knee high tights.

I'm 32 (almost ] with two small children. Size 8 and 5'5". Am I too old? What could I wear them with? Was thiking of pumps/flat glads in the day with a plain t-shirt, possibly with high heels and smarter t for the pub?

They're so whack, they're fly.

I ahve a pair in a similar shape without so much going on. Mine very plain dark grey jersey from H & M. They are veh comfortable. Not sure I would wear them with black court shoes like the gal in the shot

They're nice, I like them. And I normally dislike utility stuff.

mint velvet has some useful ideas for tops and accessories that would coordinate with those trousers.

hmmm might have to get a pair...

Will try them on again this week with other things and if I'm still pleased with them then I will keep them.

Thanks for opinions!
