I accidentally bought a playsuit today

I can't find a link to it but when I bought it (from Next) I thought that it was a long slim but floaty fabric top with a deep V wrap over. I didn't try it on as I had ds strapped to me at the time. Got home and was very about why I couldn't seem to get it on and then realised it was a shorts style playsuit. Put it on and looked hideous.

I also made my recurrent mistake of buying casual trousers from Next, are they made for apple shapes? They are always too big on my waist which is a shame as I really liked them.

I can only imagine how ridiculous my forty year old weary five foot 2 ass would look in such an outfit.

I'm wearing next trousers but I don't think i'm an apple. can you wear the 'play' suit under your next trousers! might work out ok as they are roomy round the middle.

LOL at wearing playsuit under trousers. It was very odd, loads of fabric bunched up at the middle. My legs and arms are slim so I looked like I had sticky limbs coming out of a tied in the middle floral sack.

I also bought a stripy t-shirt that has turned out to be miles too long.

Got this dress but in dark denim, it's nice than it looks and due to the zip means that I can bf in it. Only one out of four items from Next that I'll be keeping.

Also got a nice top and dress from Dorothy Perkins reduced, some trousers from Warehouse that I'm unsure of and a top from Warehouse that hangs all wrong and will also be going back.

haha. I was hovering over a maternity playsuiit on isabella oliver website going oooohh. Then I had a little word with myself bout how ridic I would actually look in it (being v short and now all over dumpy looking)
