Anyone actually have one of these dresses...

here

I think I got the link from here.

I am size 16, big norkish but fairly even in proportions, 5'7 but my height is in my body -average leg length. So dresses are often too short & waist sits too high.

It is alot more than I would usually spend but would be well worth it if quality & fit are good, yes?

Would just like some feedback...

TIA

sorry I am thinking about the cap sleeve or 3/4 sleeve dresses.

ohh have never seen that site before - they are lovely dresses

I have the same problem as you except I am 5 ft 10 (height all in the torso) and huge in the norks - have a massive problem with waistbands coming up to my boobs

those dresses are are more fitted to the underbust more than the waist so they might be suitable - they are very nice!

I tried one on of the cap sleeve dresses in a local shop.
I'm 5'9", size 12 on top, 14-16 on the bottom.
I thought they were ace - good for a pear or hourglass figure as the waist is very nipped in. They have 2 cup sizes available in each dress size IYSMIM.

The long length was perfect for me but might be a little frumpy if you are a bit shorter. I didn't get one in the end as I was between 2 sizes (they come up small) and for that money wanted a perfect fit.
If you're anywhere near Manchester you can try them in Thunder Egg on Oldham Street.

Oh why did I click? Those dresses are lovely, I want one! [skint]

Yes I have one, my pic is on the facebook fansite (we love getcutie dresses or something) if you'd like to see, it's the short cap sleeve dress in oriental storks, must say I have had a loooooot of compliments and I found it a flattering fit.

I'm a 14 normally and bra size sort of 36DD so got the 16 C-E.

They will send you one out to try the size first, they did with me.

I really want one, but got put off as the size I wanted was out of stock and it would be a special order, therefore I couldn't return it....would love to try one on though..

I am a size 16, and the site says they come up small so I was going to order an 18..

Let me know how you get on, or I may just take the plunge and order one..

OOh a face book group - i am off to have a look.

Not sure about the bust size either as I have a small back for my frame 32/34 but I am about f/g at the moment. So I am thinking about ordering the medium bust rather than the "fuller" bust size.

DH has some leave to take so we may head down to Brighton in a couple of weeks & then I can try them on properly & get a good look at the prints.

Thanks ladies
