DH & I were broken into a while ago, and we have just had the insurance money through, including vouchers for jewerly.

Which ring do you think is better?

I've been googling, and 'created emeralds' are more than coloured glass, and are chemically the same. But obviously not mined, and worth less.

Now I really am confused!

Yep, created diamonds are worthless too and chemically the same.

That's interseting- and certainly worth knowing! Are created diamonds the same as cubic zirconia?

Ish, some cz's are coated to make them like diamond substitutes. The main problem with Cz's are that they are flawless and too bright looking.

This one is very pretty and is a real sapphire.

Buy the emerald one. It is beautiful. Very Art Deco.
