Does anyone else use body scrubs very half-heartedly? I know you're supposed to scrub away until the scales fall away and a glowing 21 yr old complexion is revealed underneath, but my arm aches after 30 seconds.

Also, using powder to 'set' your make-up. Even the transluscent stuff makes me look like my nan.
