Uniqlo sizes

Can anyone give me an idea of how they run? I like quite a few things on the website, but live in Scotland so can't get to a shop.

I am size 16 for the most part, sometimes a 14.

i'm a 12 and order a 'm' from uniqlo if that helps.

erm, exactly the same as lucykate, so I guess you'd need a L.

I suspect everything maybe too small for me...is their size 12 like other size 12s you buy, or is it smaller? Was in H & M the other day and their size 16 was tiny. But the Kew size 16 is too big!

I find their tops roomy...I am a 12 top and wear a small. their bottoms are a little on the snug side I find
